MRI Worldwide is an international City based executive recruitment and consultancy practice owned and managed by Mike Woolfman who, along with his two partners Stuart Farleigh and Larry Morris, share between them over 25 years in executive search and selection at senior management level.

The main office is situated in the heart of London's financial district just a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street tube station and within easy access of road, rail and air transport links. In addition to the UK, a significant part of our work is international in scope, with many clients using the benefits of our global reach to fill positions in multiple locations - recent international assignments take in Spain, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Hong Kong and mainland China. As part of MRINetwork™ (www.mriwwnetwork.com), comprising over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries, we have access to a global talent pool and a broad range of services to meet the personal and business needs of both individuals and companies irrespective of location. From our London base we represent clients throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia together with an associate office in Houston, Texas, that supports our US business.

Our business focuses on five core sectors – Consumer Electronics, IT Software solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, Banking and Financial Services, and Retail. Within these sectors we regularly work with companies and individuals facing issues of change, growth or recovery, where recruitment requirements often derive from the associated challenges of managing change and overcoming obstacles to success. It is not unusual for a client to be facing one or more of such issues at any one time and it is that ability to understand a client's business and personal issues, and deliver appropriate recruitment solutions, that differentiates us from many of our competitors.

Typical clients comprise retailers, distributors, resellers, manufacturers and vendors of business software and services solutions, consumer electronics, fmcg and retail and financial services. We specialize in leadership roles ranging from senior management to board level across all disciplines and salary ranges.

As an entrepreneur himself Mike Woolfman enjoys working with other entrepreneurs. Mike was an early investor in MRI China Holdings Ltd, recognized by one of China's leading HR publications, China Staff, as the 2003, 2005 and 2006 Recruitment Firm of the Year.
